Capturing Student Knowledge Before Graduation

Join us on April 11 for a conversation about offboarding student employees and capturing the valuable knowledge they’ve built during their time with you. We’ll explore strategies for exit interviews, knowledge transfer, and honoring graduating staff, while reflecting on the full arc of the student employee experience. The session will include guided questions, breakout discussions, and a collaborative Miro board to gather ideas from across the group.
